If drawing uploads are enabled, accepted documents are stored separately from public website images and can be downloaded only by an authenticated owner. Notification emails contain enquiry details, rather than file attachments. Email delivery depends on the configured email provider.

The default enquiry and attachment retention period is 180 days, subject to any records required for an ongoing engagement. Authorised operators run the retention process to remove expired records. Backups have a separate limited retention period.

The website uses essential security and administration cookies. No optional analytics, advertising or third-party translation scripts are loaded. Server security logs and short-lived abuse-prevention records may be used to protect this website.
